Join us in saving the farm

Few people have been more deeply involved in the Civil Rights Movement than the Grant family of Tillery, North Carolina. This family has fought for justice for decades now both in their local community, in North Carolina, and in Washington, DC. Their lives have been devoted to the cause of the African American farmer in particular.

Now, this family is in a serious battle to save their own family farm from foreclosure. As three people who care about this cause and this family, we now bring the fight into the public arena.

We ask that you consider your own involvement.

On these pages we will chronicle this family's history in the battle against land loss for African American farmers.

We will include information as to how you can help save this particular family's farm and how you can help save other farms from foreclosure.

Please consider following this blog as we update the struggle, the players, the problems, and the solutions.
